Where The Wild Things Are was my favourite film of 2009 and during the filming, skate photographer Mike O’Meally was invited to capture some of the behind the scenes magic from the set.
His charming stills are coming to Melbourne’s Lamington Drive Gallery, along with exclusive Where the Wild Things Are graphic skate decks signed by the Girl Skateboards team.
Not enough? Well how does chin wagging with Spike Jonze himself and the entire Girl Skateboards crew sound? It’s all for a worthy cause, the proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Children’s Leukemia and Cancer Research Foundation.

Thank you for the info, your site looks great! I’ve wanted to watch Where the Wild Things Are since it came out but I haven’t had the chance yet. This absolutely made me want to see it even more!
