Bluetooth headsets are ugly. OK. I’ve said it. No matter how hard manufacturers try, you are still going to look like a bit of a dork with one stuck in your ear. That is of course until Katie Holmes or Kanye West start doing it, thus rendering wearing one acceptable, and possibly a fashion icon.

The people at Jawbone however, have come up with a few ranges of headset’s that I must say are kinda cool and dare I say elegant – so they have earned my kudos.

These bad boys now sit in the permanent collection of MoMA and the Centre Pompidou and were created by  industrial designer Yves Behar who has worked with clients including MINI, Nike and Birkenstock.

So if you are going to look like a dork (and sometimes it’s necessary), at least be a dork whose headset matches your cuff-links/blouse.
