I don’t normally get excited about shoes that are metallic and have three straps (unless they are sneakers and the straps are velcro), however I’m going to have to make an exception here.

Melissa shoes are awesome, Vivienne Westwood is a genius and I believe they are the perfect pairing since Adam and Eve. It’s true! And whilst I havn’t ever worn Melissa shoes (I am told by my trusty female colleagues that they are super comfortable), I have smelt them, and they are pretty great. (OK, the last bit makes me sound like I have a shoe fetish, I don’t, but just smell them, trust me!)

Besides the sweet sweet bubblegum smell and killer looks, the awesome thing about Melissa shoes is that they are greener than grass itself. All products are created from mono-materials that can be easily disassembled and recycled, whilst the liquid and gas residues leftover from the production process  are recycled and dealt with in-house. Nothing leaves the factory without being properly treated, resulting in practically zero waste. Ace!
