Converse has launched its ‘Spark’ campaign – a global initiative that spotlights the compelling work and personal stories of young creatives from around the world.
The series of short videos profile unknown artists who have immersed themselves in a whole range of crazy and wonderful creative fields, each sharing a common thread of passion for their work. We especially like Louis from Paris who short-circuits electric toys and then places them in the wild. Nice!
“Converse is an advocate and catalyst for creativity and we’re excited to feature these artists in a way that will inspire our consumer,” says Geoff Cottrill, Chief Marketing Officer of Converse. “Converse has been embraced by originals and creatives for generations and we’re committed to providing a platform for emerging talent across the world. We’re conspiring with artists, musicians, athletes and kids to make the world a more creative place, which is the heart of the Converse brand.”

Watch a sneak-peek here:

the robot man is ace – i love the edward scissorhands-esque music that plays throughout his video.
I still wear my red chucktaylors from highschool all the time – and I’m now 23! They are a bit wrecked but they have been everywhere with me and I love them to bits. Is that sad?!
Krista – nah it’s not sad at all. I’ve still got my old pair! Cool vids btw. The lo-fi gals from Berlin are pretty rad
