The typography experts over at ilovetypography have announced their favourite fonts of last year and the list is quite comprehensive. Entries coming from all across the globe have been listed, as well as a bit of a bio and description from the designers themselves to give some background knowledge about the life of a font.

Our favourite font from the list would have to be Hopeless Diamond (above) by Jonathan Barnbrook and Marcus Leis Allion from London, which is inspired by stealth bomber engineering diagrams. Too cool!
