If you have a quiet moment over the Christmas break, why not pop over to the Melbourne Design Awards website and vote for your favourite entry?

The awards are divided into design concepts such as object design, fashion, visual, experiential and spatial, and also include traditional design disciplines such as product design, graphic design and digital design. Read more about the awards here.

The voting system is simple – read each entry and rate it out of five. Anyone interested in design is encouraged to vote however members of a professional design organisation’s votes will be weighted more heavily.

Voting is open until 13 February 2011.
