Challenge: Absolute Tattoo is a relatively new chain of upmarket tattoo studios in Northern New South Wales, Australia. Tattoo studios are traditionally known as dark places that attract a particular type of patron. We needed to create a brand and environment to change the perception of the tattoo industry and appeal to a whole new demographic.

Solution: We set about developing a brand for Absolute Tattoo that was more in line with a designer fashion label. We created a look and feel that worked across all aspects of the business from studio signage, fitout/interior design and corporate identity. The studios are sleek, minimal and present feeling of exclusiveness.

The Result: Absolute Tattoo is now able to secure new locations where tattoo studios would normally be turned away. They have attracted attention from a new breed of tattoo artists and clientele.
